(My comment: I have now osteoarthritis on the right back, hip and knee, the doctor proposed hip surgery and strong painkillers – I said no to all and changed my food to reach an acid-base balance, together with detoxification. Result: as long as I hold this acid-base balance, I have practically no pain, I can walk almost half an hour now before pain begins. But when I eat too much delicious acid food, pain comes back within hours and for remedy then I need a day with strong alkaline food. That’s all, no other secret).
